  • If the customer returns products for reasons other than defects in them, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, the customer will have to organize and pay for the return of the products.
  • Each shipment will include a photograph of the condition of the product at the time of packaging so that the customer can check its condition at the time of packaging.

    -It is recommended that the package be sent by a certified mail service (which requires a signature upon receipt). In no way can we be responsible for returned products lost in transit.

Points to take into account when processing product changes or returns:

  • Changes are made from Monday to Friday only.
  • The customer must have an original purchase invoice.
  • The product must be unused, factory sealed and in its original packaging, bear all its labels, the ISP registration and be in perfect condition.
  • After opening: Makeup, cosmetics and treatment will only be changed as long as there is a packaging defect.
  • Exchanges are accepted for products that present a defect for quality reasons and that are within the established time to accept the change.
  • Gifts given by the company to its buyers have no change.
  • You can exchange the product at our collection points, as long as it is unused, complete, in its original packaging;; up to 30 days from when it was purchased or received.
  • Money refunds will only be issued if the product has a factory defect and is not attributable to the customer.
